User Guides\n\n2. Process Documents\n\n3. Training Materials\n\n4. Knowledge Transfer Documentation\n\n5. Configuration Documentation\n\n- Support end-user training and ongoing system administration activities.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies :\n\n1. Functional Skills :\n\n- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Learning.\n\n- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Base Compensation and Workforce Compensation.\n\n- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, support, and enhancement projects.\n\n- Experience in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.\n\n- Understanding of compensation-related HR processes and best practices.\n\n- Expertise in requirement gathering and functional documentation.\n\n- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly upgrades and release testing.\n\n2.
