You'll embed directly with our customer's engineering team, helping them revolutionize their software development with Blitzy.\nThis isn't a typical solutions engineer role. You'll write production code, architect solutions, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with customer engineering teams to deliver transformative outcomes. You're equally comfortable debugging a complex integration, participating in sprint planning, or whiteboarding architecture with a CTO.\nResponsibilities\nDeploy Blitzy into complex enterprise environments, navigating technical constraints and working directly with customer engineering teams to deliver immediate value\n\nEmbed with customer teams during critical implementations, serving as a technical co-pilot across sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making\n\nTranslate ambitious business and executive goals into concrete technical implementations, building custom integrations, extensions, and solutions using Blitzy's AI capabilities\n\nWrite production-quality code that integrates Blitzy with existing enterprise systems, while developing reusable patterns, scripts, and tools that accelerate customer adoption\n\nDebug complex issues spanning customer infrastructure and the Blitzy platform, and create technical demos that showcase advanced use cases and demonstrate customer value\n\nDrive successful POCs that expand into enterprise-wide deployments, while identifying expansion opportunities based on technical insights and customer needs\n\nBecome a trusted technical advisor to engineering leaders, earning their confidence through hands-on expertise and the ability to translate technical possibilities into business outcomes\n\nDecompose executive vision into actionable engineering roadmaps and identify recurring customer patterns that influence product priorities and roadmap decisions\n\nCollaborate with our product and engineering teams to turn field experience into platform improvements, technical documentation, reusable best practices, and contributions to the core Blitzy platform\n\nQualification\n4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code\n\nFluency in multiple programming languages, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#\n\nStrong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, microservices, cloud architecture, and Agile/Scrum\n\nExperience with enterprise software development lifecycles, Jira, legacy system modernization, and large-scale migrations\n\nProven ability to navigate complex technical environments and build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from interns to CTOs\n\nExperience in customer-facing engineering, high-growth startups, AI/ML, developer tools, or enterprise modernization is a plus\n\nTrack record of technical thought leadership through blogs, talks, or open-source contributions is a plus\n\nPassion for the future of AI-powered software development\n\nThis role follows a hybrid working model, with requirements to be on-site with the customer 3 days per week and at Blitzy headquarters (1 Kendall Square, Cambridge) 2 days per week.\n\n Compensation: $130,000 - $215,000 + Bonus + Equity\nBlitzy is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
