You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy - running proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and helping them integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments\n\nLead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows\n\nDeliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum\n\nRun proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact, and help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments\n\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives\n\nDrive post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products\n\nServe as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform - partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle\n\nTranslate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights\n\nTrack and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach\n\nQualifications\n7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership\n\nDeep understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices, with direct experience across cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives\n\nProven problem-solving skills, with experience operating in fast-paced environments and complex enterprise technical environments\n\nHands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling\n\nBackground helping companies modernize engineering workflows\n\nPrevious experience at companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies\n\n Compensation: $160,000 - $215,000 + Uncapped Commission + Equity\nBlitzy is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
