You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.\nYou may already be in a customer-facing technical role, or you may be a software engineer who wants to bring your technical experience into a more commercial, customer-facing career. We’re looking for technically sharp, curious, competitive people who can build relationships, learn quickly, and want to win.\nThis is a highly competitive, sales-driven role for someone who wants to win deals, build relationships, and help drive revenue. We want technically sharp, high-achieving individuals with a proven history of excelling in competitive environments.\nResponsibilities\nAdvise enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy on technical architecture and implementation\n\nLead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows\n\nRun proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact\n\nGuide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments\n\nPartner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle\n\nTranslate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights\n\nBuild trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives\n\nDrive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products\n\nServe as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and micro services\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives\n\nExperience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments\n\nExperience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect\n\nExperience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products\n\nBackground working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling\n\nExperience helping companies modernize engineering workflows\n\nCompensation:£110,000 -£ 150,000 GBP + Uncapped Commission + Equity\nBlitzy is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
