In this role, you’ll serve as a technical and strategic partner to our ecosystem partners, helping them understand, demonstrate, and deliver the value of Blitzy’s AI-powered software development platform. You’ll work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support partner enablement, lead technical conversations, and drive successful joint customer engagements. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we bring Blitzy to market through strategic partnerships while helping expand our partner ecosystem and accelerate growth in the AI space.\nResponsibilities\nEnable strategic partners to understand, position, and effectively demonstrate Blitzy’s AI-powered software development platform to their customers.\n\nLead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements with partners and joint prospective customers.\n\nDevelop partner technical expertise by providing training, product education, use cases, and resources that support successful go-to-market execution.\n\nCollaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with partner capabilities and customer requirements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand partner relationships by uncovering new use cases, integration opportunities, and joint customer engagements.\n\nSupport partners through technical evaluations, solution design, and implementation planning, helping ensure successful customer adoption and outcomes.\n\nDrive continuous improvement across partner enablement and technical engagement processes by sharing market feedback, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role, along with a required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nExperience working with technology partners, strategic alliances, channel partners, or enterprise customers preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud infrastructure, APIs, system integrations, and modern software development environments.\n\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExcellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, deliver product demonstrations, and build credibility with external partners.\n\nExperience with AI-powered software development tools, developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, or cloud technologies preferred.\n\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and initiative.\n\n Compensation: $165,000-$245,000 +Uncapped Commission + Equity\nBlitzy is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
