This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial modeling, and provide insights to support executive decision-making. The role will also include evaluating key business opportunities such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and leading a team of financial analysts.\nKey Responsibilities\n-Lead the development and implementation of the company’s annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models in support of strategic initiatives.\n-Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex financial data (e.g., revenue trends, cost drivers, margin analysis) to provide actionable insights for executives and senior management.\n-Oversee the preparation of board-level reports, investor presentations, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.\n-Evaluate financial performance of mergers, acquisitions, and capital investment opportunities, providing ROI, risk analysis, and recommendations for investment decisions.\n-Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational priorities and ensure financial objectives support business goals.\n-Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, reporting efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and company policies.\n-Mentor, review, and provide guidance to junior financial analysts and support staff to ensure professional development and accuracy in financial analyses.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n-Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA preferred).\n-Advanced understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and corporate finance principles.\n-Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).\n-Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and communication abilities.\n-Ability to influence key decision-makers and collaborate effectively across teams.\nMinimum Experience:\n-5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or similar roles, preferably in a consumer-based company or startup
