infrastructure, observability, alerting, and incident response\nBuild resilient integrations with external partners\nContribute to threat modelling, code review, vulnerability management, and compliance controls\nRaise engineering standards through code review and design documents\n\nRequirementsAI-first engineering approach with specification-driven development using AI models and coding agents\n5–8 years of professional Java backend engineering experience\nHands-on Spring and Spring Boot experience\nExperience with Spring Security, Spring Data, and transaction management\nHands-on AWS experience, including IAM, networking, managed databases, queues, and infrastructure as code\nSecurity engineering experience including OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, encryption, and secure SDLC practices\nRelational database experience with Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL or MySQL, SQL, schemas, indexing, migrations, transactions, consistency, and concurrency\nExperience with distributed systems,
