You will be a foundational design voice on a small team where your work will have outsized impact-shaping not just pixels but the future of how artists build careers. You'll drive complex projects from concept to ship, influence strategy, and directly elevate the craft of everyone around you.\nYou Will\nDefine and drive long-term product vision and design strategy across Tidal's key product areas\nLead the most complex, ambiguous design initiatives end-to-end-from early exploration through shipped experiences\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and ML/AI leadership to shape roadmaps and influence business strategy\nSet the bar for design excellence by defining systems, standards, and quality benchmarks at scale\nPioneer AI-driven design approaches that expand team capabilities and accelerate velocity\nMentor designers through feedback, critique, and knowledge sharing\nIdentify new opportunities for the business and act on them\nYou Have\n8+ years of Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high craft and systems thinking\nGraphic design skills, working with building and extending brand for 360 activations and social to have cohesion across brand and product.\nExperience developing long-term product vision that informs roadmaps across a brand or multiple products\nExperience shipping impactful, strategic work autonomously-from multi-year visions to iterative releases\nExpertise defining design systems and standards that promote cohesive experiences at scale\nInfluence and partnership skills as a trusted peer to leadership\nFluency with AI and new technologies-pioneering new approaches and identifying where AI unlocks creative or business potential\nA passion for music, artists, and the creative economy\nComfort operating on a small, fast-moving team where you wear many hats\nApplication Guidelines\nCandidates may submit up to 9 active applications within a 60-day period.
