Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap and many of the largest platforms moving money today use Blockaid to screen billions of transactions and stop fraud, scams and hacks before they reach a single user.\nOur investors include Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital and Cyberstarts, the firms behind some of the biggest names in cybersecurity.\nWe’re hiring a Sales Engineer in Singapore to work with our local team and lead technical engagements with customers across APAC. You’ll be the technical lead on new deals: you’ll own the path to a technical “yes,” work alongside Account Executives to close revenue, and help build the playbooks our sales team will use as it grows.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle, from first call through proof of value (POV) to close, and own the technical win on every opportunity you take on.\nUnderstand each customer’s needs in depth. Run technical and business discovery to learn their architecture, threat model, transaction flows and business goals.\nSet up and configure the Blockaid product for each prospect: integrations, environments, policies and monitoring tailored to how they actually operate.\nDemo the product with confidence. Give tailored, high-impact demos and workshops based on the customer’s own environment, to audiences ranging from engineers to CISOs and executives.\nDesign and run POVs with clear success criteria. Take them through evaluation to a decision on schedule.\nWork closely with the Product and R&D teams. Bring customer requirements, feedback and competitive gaps back to shape the roadmap, and work with engineering to solve technical blockers on deals.\nAct as a trusted advisor. Question prospects’ assumptions, handle technical objections and position Blockaid against competitors.\nHelp scale the sales organization. Build demo environments, reusable POV frameworks, technical collateral and enablement for the sales team.\nRequirements\n4+ years in a Pre-sales, Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role at a B2B technology company working with enterprise level clients, with a track record of winning technical evaluations on complex deals\nStrong technical ability: hands-on software development experience, comfort with APIs, scripting (Python or JavaScript) and system architecture, and the ability to build a demo or integration yourself\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences\nExperience running POVs or pilots from scoping to close\nNice to Have\nExperience at an early-stage or high-growth startup\nBlockchain or Web3 knowledge (EVM, Solana, DeFi, wallets, custody, stablecoins)\nBackground at a cybersecurity, fraud or fintech company\nExperience selling to exchanges, wallets, payment providers or financial institutions\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.\nBlockaid is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
