You will help manage the social media presence of FANOVIA and its sub-platforms, support online and offline promotional activities, and assist with day-to-day operations across our businesses.\nAs part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to learn different skills, take ownership of tasks and gain practical experience across marketing, entertainment, IP, e-commerce and emerging technologies.\nWe welcome fresh graduates and early-career candidates who are eager to learn, willing to take on different responsibilities and comfortable with hands-on work.\nResponsibilities\n1. Digital Marketing & Content\nPlan and execute social media content and digital marketing campaigns for FANOVIA and its sub-platforms.\n\nCreate engaging content, including copywriting, graphics and short-form videos, across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (小紅書).\n\nMonitor social media performance, conduct market research and support e-commerce promotions.\n\n2. Business & Event Support\nAssist with business presentations, proposals, market research and basic partner communication.\n\nSupport exhibitions, promotional events and other online and offline marketing activities.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams, external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.\n\n3. E-commerce & Daily Operations\nSupport e-commerce operations, customer enquiries, order fulfilment and other day-to-day business activities.\n\nAssist with platform operations and on-site support when required.\n\nHandle ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks in a small-team environment\n\nRequirements\nDegree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.\n\nFresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience are welcome.\n\nStrong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation. All-round marketing experience or digital marketing skills are an advantage.\n\nFluent Cantonese is essential.
