You'll ship features end-to-end: talking to users, prototyping, building, and measuring. The work spans frontend, backend, and agent engineering.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild new features end-to-end: backend, frontend, and agent integrations\n\nAdd new tools and capabilities to our agents to handle new workflows\n\nBuild and improve integrations with external services (Slack, email, calendar providers)\n\nCollaborate with design and GTM to figure out what's missing and what's broken for our users\n\nPrototype quickly, ship, and iterate based on what you learn\n\nWork across the codebase-you'll touch a lot of different systems\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n2+ years of industry experience shipping production software\n\nAbility to work across the stack as needed\n\nProduct sense: you care about UX, correctness, and clarity, not just passing tests\n\nPragmatic approach to building: you validate quickly, then harden what works\n\nClear communicator-written and verbal.
