You will work closely with design, marketing, product, business, and leadership teams to drive clarity, cohesion, and quality across the entire brand ecosystem and enhance our brand.\nWhat You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):\nDevelop and refine the overarching brand strategy, vision, and narrative that align with company goals and values\n\nBuild and maintain scalable brand design systems (visual identity, typography, iconography, patterns, templates) while adapting to consumer, enterprise, and developer audiences\n\nPartner with product design teams to evolve the brand aesthetic across web, product UI, marketing, social channels, and more\n\nPartner with marketing, product, and business teams to align brand with company objectives and go-to-market plans\n\nEnsure brand cohesion as we expand into new product lines and enterprise offerings\n\nStay current with industry best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant\n\nWhat We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):\nProven experience as a brand designer, producer, or similar role\n\nExperience building design systems, style guides, and modular brand frameworks\n\nStrong ability to translate strategy into compelling visual and verbal identity systems\n\nStrong understanding of integrated marketing, user journeys, and multi-channel campaigns (web, product, content, social, events)\n\nHands-on design skills (Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) where you can create assets yourself\n\nExperience in motion graphics and content management systems (CMS)\n\nExperience working in a tech-driven industry or with SaaS products\n\nNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):\nExperience in fintech, Web3, Bitcoin, or complex technical products\n\nStay Safe from Job Scams\n All official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
