While the Industry Lead defines what should be built and why based on market and client needs, the Platform & Integration Lead defines how those solutions are architected, integrated, and delivered at scale.\nActing as the bridge between the Head of Solutions and the Head of Delivery, this role ensures that architectural designs are executable, interoperable, and aligned with enterprise-grade integration standards.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)\nLead the architecture and integration of multi-system client platforms, connecting banking systems, enterprise infrastructure, and Blockstream technologies\n\nPartner closely with:\nDirector, Industry Lead, Financial Services to translate industry solution strategy and reference architectures into platform designs\n\nHead of Solutions to refine platform architecture and technical direction\n\nHead of Delivery to ensure systems are buildable, testable, and scalable in production\n\nDefine and own the platform integration strategy, including:\nAPI architecture and system connectivity\n\nData flows, data models, and platform orchestration\n\nEvent-driven architectures and messaging systems\n\nCross-platform interoperability standards\n\nDesign how APIs, data pipelines, platform services, and AI-enabled capabilities interact to form unified institutional platforms\n\nEstablish and govern integration frameworks and reusable patterns aligned with industry reference architectures defined by the Industry Lead\n\nGuide engineering teams across:\nDevOps, CI/CD, and deployment environments\n\nSystem integration, testing, and validation\n\nPlatform scalability, reliability, and performance\n\nAct as the senior authority for cross-platform dependencies, integration decisions, and system-level trade-offs\n\nEnsure alignment between solution architecture (what is designed) and technical delivery (what is built and operated)\n\nWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications)\n10+ years of experience in platform architecture, enterprise integration, or large-scale system implementation\n\nProven experience designing and delivering complex, multi-system platforms in banking, fintech, or enterprise environments\n\nStrong expertise in:\nAPI-first architecture\n\nMicroservices and event-driven systems\n\nEnterprise data platforms and data integration\n\nCloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)\n\nDemonstrated ability to translate high-level solution architectures into executable platform designs, working across architecture and engineering teams\n\nExperience collaborating with industry/domain leaders and client-facing architects to operationalize solution strategies\n\nStrong understanding of system interoperability, integration patterns, and distributed system design\n\nLanguages: German or Swiss German and English required;
