You’ll work closely with team leads across content, communications, and product marketing to help streamline activities, track progress, and keep projects moving forward.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):\nCoordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and content production timelines from start to finish.\n\nAssist in planning, scheduling, and tracking marketing initiatives across multiple channels and team members.\n\nMaintain the team’s project management tools and workflows (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar).\n\nAlign with content publishing, social media scheduling, and website updates.\n\nCoordinate with cross functional teams on CRM databases to enable activation of outreach and pipeline.\n\nHelp manage vendor relationships, assets, and marketing documentation.\n\nAssist in tracking budgets, requisitions, and invoices\n\nContribute to campaign reporting and performance tracking, ensuring data accuracy.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging, design, and deadlines.\n\nParticipate in team meetings, helping to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.\n\nWhat We Look For in You (Required Qualifications):\n2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations, coordination, or project management role.\n\nSolid understanding of marketing terminology, workflows, and campaign processes.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.\n\nProficiency with common marketing tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms, CMS tools, CRM, etc.).\n\nClear communication skills - both written and verbal.\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally with design, content creators, sales, and engineering.\n\nNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):\nExperience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or crypto/blockchain industries.\n\nFamiliarity with analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).\n\nWork Environment\n This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in our Menlo Park office.\nStay Safe from Job Scams\n All official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
