This role focuses on execution and implementation, ensuring solutions are correctly built, integrated, tested, and deployed in line with architectural standards and delivery plans.\nWhile solution design and architectural direction are owned by Solution Architects and the Head of Solutions, the Product Owner is accountable for technical implementation quality, correctness, and operational readiness of client solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):\nImplement and deploy blockchain and digital asset solutions for enterprise and institutional clients\n\nBuild and configure solution components based on defined solution architectures and platform patterns\n\nIntegrate Blockstream products with:\nCore banking and financial systems\n\nCustody, payments, and treasury platforms\n\nExternal vendors and third-party services\n\nImplement APIs, data flows, and event-driven integrations across distributed systems\n\nSupport deployment across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments\n\nCollaborate closely with Solution Architects to validate implementation choices and raise technical constraints\n\nWork with Delivery and Project Management teams to support execution, testing, and go-live activities\n\nSupport DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure configuration, and environment setup\n\nTroubleshoot integration, performance, and deployment issues across client environments\n\nContribute implementation feedback to improve solution patterns, documentation, and reusability\n\nSupport early-life production stabilization and operational handover\n\nWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications):\n3-6 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, platform engineering, or system integration roles\n\nHands-on experience building and integrating multi-system platforms in fintech, financial services, or security-sensitive environments\n\nStrong experience with:\nCloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus)\n\nModern deployment practices and CI/CD pipelines\n\nAPI-based and event-driven architectures\n\nSolid programming skills in at least one of: Python, Go, Java, Rust, or similar\n\nUnderstanding of security fundamentals, including authentication, authorization, and encryption concepts\n\nAbility to work effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client technical stakeholders\n\nSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery\n\nLanguages: Swiss German, German, French and English required; and/or Italian a plus\n\nLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich, Geneva and Lugano\n\nNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):\nExperience working with blockchain or digital asset platforms (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer-2s, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with distributed systems and messaging technologies\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration\n\nExposure to regulated environments (banking, custody, payments)\n\nInterest in growing into Solution Architect roles\n\nGenuine interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure\n\nStay Safe from Job Scams\n All official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
