This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience in a PMO or coordination environment who possesses elite administrative skills and is ready to take full ownership of project lifecycles.\nWhat You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):\nSupport Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activities\n\nMaintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibility\n\nPrepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes\n\nSchedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements\n\nTrack project actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and closure\n\nMaintain project documentation repositories, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessible\n\nAssist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and tools\n\nCollect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders\n\nSupport budget tracking and resource allocation activities\n\nEnsure compliance with project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks\n\nContribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tooling\n\nWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications):\n2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration\n\nExperience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environments\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar platforms\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment\n\nUnderstanding of project management principles and best practices\n\nSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery\n\nLanguages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plus\n\nLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Geneva.\n\nNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):\nExposure to blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects\n\nFamiliarity with financial services operations, banking systems, or regulated environments\n\nExperience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies\n\nCAPM, PSM, or similar project management certifications\n\nInterest in progressing into Project Manager roles\n\nStay Safe from Job Scams\n All official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
