This is an opportunity to become a part of something truly special!\nWithin this role you will be responsible for:\nSupporting the Lead Game Designer in maintainingclear game design principles across the entire project,\nOwning game mechanics and features and driving them through to final release,\nWorking closely with the design team on the creation and implementation of new gameplay mechanics and systems,\nWorking closely with other departments to ensure features are delivered to the highest quality,\nActively contributing to the improvement and design of game features,\nDefending design decisions while remainingflexible enough to adapt to technical limitations, production schedules, and budget constraints,\nSharing experience with the design team, finding solutions, and providing feedback,\nMaintaining project documentation.\nJob requirements\nFeel free to apply if you have:\nSenior-level game design experience, including at least one shipped AA or AAA title as a Game Designer or Senior Game Designer,\n5+ years of professional experience in game development,\nExpert understanding of game balance, economy design, core loop creation, and UI/UX principles,\nFamiliarity with Unreal Engine,\nAbility to create and maintaincomprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs), wikis, and feature specifications,\nAbility to take game mechanics from prototype through to final release,\nAbility to rapidly prototype, test, and validategameplay features,\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills,\nVery goodcommand of English.\nIt would also be great if you have:\nPassion for the horror genre,\nExperience working with Unreal Engine 5,\nProven experience in the design and development of third-person perspective
