This will be a hybrid work set-up.\n\nAbout the role\n\nBloom AI is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, with at least 1 year in Microsoft ecosystem (AI Hub, AI Foundry). This is a practical engineering role spanning solution design, development and deployment. You will work closely with clients, consultants and other engineers to turn business workflows into reliable AI solutions.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDesign and build multi-agent solutions for marketing and other use cases\nDevelop agents that combine enterprise data, external signals and business context\nBuild workflow orchestration, tool integrations, APIs and retrieval pipelines\nDeploy solutions within clients Microsoft environments\nEstablish evaluation, monitoring and human-review mechanisms\nTranslate marketing requirements into clear technical designs\nParticipate in client discussions, demonstrations and solution workshops\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n3–4 years of software, data or AI engineering experience\nHands on Azure experience (AI Foundry, AI Hub, etc.)\nExperience building production-grade generative AI or agentic applications\nGood understanding of models, APIs and MCPs\nHands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, LLM APIs and structured outputs\nUnderstanding of marketing workflows such as content, campaigns, customer intelligence, personalization or analytics\nStrong Python skills and experience working with APIs and cloud services\nFamiliarity with evaluation, observability, security and responsible AI practices\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry/Studio and Azure OpenAI\nPower Platform, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint or Dynamics 365\nBuilding AI solutions within enterprise environments\nWorking directly with client
