This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Mfg Operations Program Manager and will be based in Newark, Delaware. This is a fully on-site, 5 days in office role.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nDevelop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, staffing and funding.\nEnsure cross-functional project team remains on-track against schedule and budget\nProactively manage risks and drive closure\nAchieve results through well-organized teams\nWork closely with internal cross-function teams, external engineering and construction companies\nKnowledge of Building and (NFPA) codes, standards, and compliances is a plus.\nKnowledgeable of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, Risk mitigation and Piping system.\nSkills and Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.\nExperience in Plant/Facility Engineering and managing construction projects\n6+ years of technical and project management experience\nExperienced with energy management and environmentally sustainable construction and operation\nExperience managing small and large capital improvement projects\nProven success working on cross-functional projects requiring coordination between various resources. Preference towards ability to manage internal and external customers as well as skills influencing others without prescribed authority.\nStrong technical background with knowledge of engineering and/or manufacturing processes.\nA quick learner and team player.\nRelationship building mentality\nExceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated project management skillset\nBloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
