This role focuses on operational performance tracking, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and performance gaps\n· Coordinate spare-parts planning and execution with Supply Chain, Parts, Logistics, and Field Service stakeholders.\n· Improve parts availability, lead time, inventory effectiveness, and obsolescence management.\n· Lead execution of quarterly/yearly operational plans\n· Monitor service execution across labor, logistics, parts, partners, and other controllable cost drivers.\n· Maintain forecasts aligned with installed-base demand, service schedules, field activity, and known operating risks\n· Partner with BI and Reporting teams to improve data quality, reporting requirements, automation, and adoption of core systems\n· Perform scenario analysis to evaluate P&L Impacts\n· Support Monthly Performance Calculations for customers and ensure compliance with long-term service agreements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n· Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools\n· Knowledge of business operations and supply chain\n· Strong communication and presentation skills\n· Experience with dashboards (Tableau, Quicksight, etc.)\nPreferred Skills\n· Experience in distributed energy, power generation, energy services, OEM services, or aftermarket operations.\n· Familiarity with fuel cells, combined heat and power, microgrids, distributed energy systems, or related service environments.\n· Advanced Excel skills and experience with one or more analytics or operational platforms such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or ERP systems.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operation Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related
