This role will report toour Senior Network Manager and based inSan Jose, CA.This is a fully on-site, in officerole5 days a week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and support wired and wireless LAN, SD-WAN, IPAM, and WAN solutions from major vendors across corporate, manufacturing, and field environments.\nOperate and maintain network infrastructure from major vendors, ensuring high availability and performance.\nImplement and support secure network solutions using Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC, policy management, and network segmentation.\nSupport data center networking and connectivity to cloud and customer environments.\nTroubleshoot complex network issues, participate in incident response, and support root cause analysis.\nContribute to network standards, documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.\nCollaborate with security, IT, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver business initiatives.\nAssist with hardware and software lifecycle management, upgrades, and refresh projects.\nMaintain accurate records of network assets, configurations, and system downtime\nSkills and Experience Requirements:\nMinimum 6-8 years of experience implementing and supporting large enterprise networks.\nStrong hands-on experience and knowledge of wired and wireless LAN, SD-WAN, WAN optimization, firewalls, VPNs, and data center networking\nExperience defining operational standards, documentation, and network processes.\nSolid knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), LAN Switching (STP, REP), Security (IPSec, MACSec)\nExperience with Palo Alto firewalls, IDS/IPS and VPN design, implementation and administration\nExperience with Zscaler implementations.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and support multiple initiatives.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExperience working on OT network environment is a plus.\nBloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
