The Stack Engineer will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to improve the performance and manufacturability of current and future fuel cell stack Technologies.\nHiring a Stack engineer to support Bloom Energy servers Engineering and field failures analysis, conduct detailed root cause investigation and develop test plans to investigate the root cause.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nSupport all engineering development Fuel cell systems analysis in identifying various failure modes.\n\nSupport investigation of Fuel cell Systems performance & failure issues during field operating conditions and develop a failure pareto.\n\nSupport Bloom Energy future product engineering/field HB data analysis.\n\nInterface with testing team to timely execute stack tests and ensure all required documentation are completed.\n\nAnalysis of test data and provide recommendations for mitigating the root causes with the team support.\n\nApply statistical techniques to analyze production and/or field data to learn about product performance, reliability.\n\nApply techniques like 8Ds, 5whys to investigate the root cause.\n\nPresent clear reports to the team on the deep dive analysis.\n\nDevelop and execute new test protocols to Turn-on/off failure modes and performance issues.\n\nPerform meticulous and careful post-mortem analysis of test articles to investigate the root cause and apply extensive knowledge of materials characterization techniques to gain insight into various failures modes.\n\nSupport material characterization activities as and when required.\n\nMust be willing to do Hands-on data analysis and failure analysis activities.\n\n Key Skills Required:\nFundamental Knowledge on fuel cell technology, electrochemistry.\n\nDemonstrate good failure analysis and Root cause analysis skills.\n\nStrong drive for results and continuous improvement.\n\nGood knowledge on materials characterization techniques (SEM, EDS, XRD), and electrochemical diagnostics such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) preferred.\n\nVery strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams, in a fluid and fast-paced environment.\n\nKnowledge of impedance analysis is additionally preferred skill.\n\nKnowledge on writing SQL,VB scripts and excel based macros is added advantage.\n\nKnowledge on writing Python scripts is
