many talented employees that serve our mission.\nLocation: This position will be based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for conducting functional tests on blowers and compressors for pressure mapping, efficiency curves, transient response characteristics.\n\nPlan and execute reliability tests, including life cycle, endurance, HALT/HASS testing, thermal cycling, vibration, fatigue and environmental stress tests on compressors/blowers used in fuel-cell systems.\n\nDesign and develop test rigs for flow, pressure, and temperature measurements, including the selection of instrumentation and DAQ systems.\n\nPrepare and update P&IDs, Instrumentation Loop Diagrams, and Process Hook-up Diagrams.\n\nConduct PSHR reviews and perform safety checks for electrical and mechanical test setups.\n\nPerform functional, performance, and qualification testing of sensors, transducers, valves, weld joints, and mechanical components.\n\nPerform DFMEA, identify failure modes, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.\n\nManage the setup, operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of laboratory and test equipment.\n\nApply UL, KOSHA, EU, and American standards for safe component selection, testing, and compliance.\n\nExecute qualification procedures, analyze test data, and prepare concise reports for stakeholders.\n\nUpdate component and product specifications and support value engineering initiatives.\n\nSupport vendor qualification activities and identify alternative component suppliers.\n\nMaintain clear communication across teams and ensure adherence to 5S practices in the laboratory.\n\nSkills and Experience:\nDegree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.\n\n6-8 years’ experience in Turbo-machinery and High-speed blower/compressor testing.\n\nHands-on experience in motor-drive systems, including control, testing, and performance validation.\n\nStrong understanding of airflow dynamics, pressure systems, and thermodynamics.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nExceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization with a multicultural
