This team is responsible for developing, characterizing and improving the processes used to manufacture and test solid oxide fuel cells. The position is based in our Fremont, California facility and is a fully on-site position.\nPosition Responsibilities\nDevelop, characterize, document and release new processes into manufacturing.\nImprove yield and throughput performance of existing processes.\nEnable manufacturing to meet production goals through direct line support and analysis.\nCollaborate with equipment engineering, supplier quality, quality, maintenance and manufacturing personnel to identify areas for improvement.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a related discipline in engineering or physical science.\nMust be graduating between May 2024 and August 2025\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience within a manufacturing or process environment. \nHands-on aptitude. \nStrong problem-solving skills. \nAbility to communicate abstract ideas.\nEmployees in this position will have physical requirements such as the ability to lift 20 lbs, or to stand for minimum of 30 minutes.
