Responsibilities\n\nAdministrative Duties:\n\n Manage daily office operations and provide general administrative support.\n\n Handle correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and other official communications.\n\n Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and office documentation.\n\n Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prepare meeting minutes where required.\n\nSocial Media Management:\n\n Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.\n\n Develop and implement social media content plans and posting schedules.\n\n Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, short videos, and promotional materials.\n\n Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain professional online communication.\n\n Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\n BSc, HND, OND\n\n Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, social media management, or a similar role.\n\n Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.\n\n Good written and verbal
