Automation: \nDesign and implement end-to-end automation workflows using RPA, Power Automate, and custom frameworks.\nDevelop agentic workflows with decision-making, retries, and adaptive logic.\nIntegrate automation with APIs, data systems, and enterprise workflows.\n\nSolve Real-World Automation Challenges: \nWork with systems involving Multi-factor authentication (MFA / 2FA), CAPTCHA and bot-detection mechanisms and Dynamic web applications.\nBuild robust error handling, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms.\n\nWork Around Automation Blockers: \nChoose the right approach across Browser automation (Playwright, Selenium), API-based integration, RPA tools and Hybrid human-in-the-loop workflows.\nHandle session management, authentication, and anti-bot constraints.\n\nMentor and Lead: \nGuide junior team members on automation best practices.\nHelp establish reusable patterns and scalable automation frameworks.\nDrive quality and reliability standards.\n\nWork on Healthcare RCM Use Cases\nBuild automation across US healthcare workflows such as Eligibility checks, Claims status and follow-ups, Denials workflows and Payer portal interactions.\n\nCustomer Engagement and Communication: \nWork with internal and client-facing teams to understand business workflows and requirements.\nParticipate in requirements gathering and solution design discussions.\nTranslate business problems into scalable automation solutions.\nClearly communicate feasibility, trade-offs, and delivery approach.\nSupport client demos and solution walkthroughs when needed.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA / automation development.\nExperience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.\nExpertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate).\nStrong custom automation using Python.\nExperience incorporating AI/LLMs into workflows.\nPrior experience with US healthcare RCM automation.\nStrong programming skills (Python preferred).\nSolid SQL skills.\nExperience with APIs and system integrations.\nExperience with browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium).\nStrong understanding of MFA / CAPTCHA/bot detection challenges.\nSession handling and automation reliability.\nMicrosoft Power Platform Expertise.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).\nExperience building Workflow automations, Approval processes, Event-driven and scheduled flows.\nAbility to integrate with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, APIs and external systems.\nFamiliarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Custom connectors and environment management.\nStrong judgment on when to use Power Platform vs custom solutions.\nExperience with US healthcare RCM workflows.\nFamiliarity with payer portals, claims lifecycle, and denials processes.\nBuilt automation that broke in production, and you fixed it.\nUnderstand that real-world automation is messy and requires
