The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, strong SQL skills, and experience transforming complex data into actionable business insights.\nThis role partners closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to develop scalable dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDashboard & Visualization Development\nDesign, develop, and maintaininteractive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports.\n\nTranslate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytical solutions.\n\nApply Tableau best practices for performance optimization, usability, and visual storytelling.\n\nCreate executive-level dashboards with actionable KPIs and metrics.\n\nDevelop and automate recurring reports and analytics solutions.\n\nPerform data analysis to identifytrends, opportunities, and business performance insights.\n\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.\n\nValidate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.\n\nDatabase & Data Management\nWrite complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.\n\nCollaborate with data engineering teams to develop and optimizedata models.\n\nCreate and maintaindata sources, data extracts, and metadata documentation.\n\nEnsure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nGather reporting requirements from business users and leadership teams.\n\nProvide recommendations on KPI design, reporting strategy, and dashboard enhancements.\n\nConduct user training and documentationfor Tableau reporting solutions.\n\nSupport ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.\n\nTrain and mentor other team members\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentifyopportunities to improve reporting processes and dashboard performance.\n\nStay current with Tableau features, BI trends, and emerging analytics technologies.\n\nParticipate in data quality initiatives and reporting governance programs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experiencein Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting Development.\n\nStrong proficiencyin SQL and relational database concepts.\n\nExperience designing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions.\n\nKnowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$105,000.00-$135,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
