You are responsible for coordinating the FP&A operations of the company, handling cross-team team schedules, work plans, and processes.Primary Responsibilities:\nGain a financial and operational understanding of the business, including its mission, products, services, clients, initiatives, employees, industry, workflows, etc. to deliver end-to-end financials solutions and support.\n\nDevelop, manage, and communicate comprehensive schedules and timelines for budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\n\nEstablish, strengthen, and maintain business partner relationships with key business contacts (both internally and externally) to deliver end-to end solutions and support.\n\nEstablish and maintain a structured organizational system for financial models, reports, templates, and related documents, ensuring version control, accessibility, and accuracy.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to increase efficiency.\n\nDevelop, standardize, and maintain detailed process documentation and templates for budgeting, forecasting, investments, and related workflows.\n\nDrive and manage ad-hoc special projects or analysis for projects and strategic initiatives.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field of study; or equivalent experience.\n\n7 years’ direct experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, and/or corporate or strategic finance.\n\nExperience in program/project management.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of data while succinctly summarizing findings.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and various financial analysis tools, such as trend and variance analyses.\n\nProven comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Principles, Process, and Methodologies, including creating and maintaining project schedules and utilization of project management tools.\n\nAbility to coordinate and execute projects independently, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and autonomously perform within tight deadlines.\n\nFluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project).\n\nExperience utilizing a large integrated ERP/MRP computer system (e.g., Oracle, SAP).\n\nExperience with workflow and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx).\n\nProficiency in Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems, a plus.\n\nExperience working in a subscription-based business, a plus.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$120,000.00-$145,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
