This dynamic role blends operational oversight, safety compliance, and project coordination - ensuring our spaces remain functional, safe, and ready to support the needs of our employees every single day.What you will do:\nSupport facilities operations, including budget management, design input, vendor management, and delivery of strategic projects aligned with stakeholder expectations.\n\nImplement departmental policies, contracts, and scheduling - while ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.\n\nResponsible for updating facilities documentation and policies, financial tracking, accruals, assets life cycles, building inspections, maintenance, and space planning.\n\nSupervise safety drills, preventive maintenance plans, audits, and occupancy management.\n\nProvide operational support for company events, coordinating internal resources, vendor coordination, and risk assessments.\n\nSupport new-hire onboarding, including access setup, orientation, workspace preparation, and guidance.\n\nYou need to have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.\n\n5 years of progressive experience in the facilities function.\n\nExperience managing and developing employees and direct reports.\n\nProven ability to manage vendors, oversee budgets, and execute projects successfully, or equivalent experience.\n\nSpecial Requirements:\nThis position requires (5) days in office, on-call availability for emergencies (24/7), occasional after-hours/weekend work.\n\nAbility to travel (as needed) to provide facilities support to Bloomberg Industry Group locations.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$85,000.00-$110,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
