Product Managers balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to drive meaningful product improvements and results.What You Will Do:\nCustomer Discovery & Insight\nPartner closely with User Research to drive continuous customer discovery, developing a deep, current understanding of user workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.\nParticipate actively in qualitative research, user interviews, and usability testing, leveraging User Research expertise, methods, and infrastructure to validate hypotheses and surface opportunities.\nSynthesize customer and market signals into clear, actionable product opportunities.\nAgentic & AI-Native Product Design\nContribute to the design and delivery of AI-powered and agentic product experiences that augment professional workflows.\nWork with Engineers and Designers to define how AI capabilities translate into user-facing features that are accurate, trustworthy, and professionally appropriate.\nProduct Strategy & Execution\nOwn product strategy and execution for a product area, workflow, or set of related capabilities.\nDefine and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.\nWrite clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide Engineering and Design.\nBalance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make sound prioritization decisions.\nDrive initiatives from discovery through launch, iteration, and measurement.\nData, Experimentation & Metrics\nDefine and track KPIs and success metrics for your product area.\nUse analytics, experimentation, and data-driven methods to validate decisions and measure outcomes.\nCross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Alignment\nPartner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Content teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nManage competing stakeholder needs with clarity, structure, and sound judgment.\nCommunicate product plans, priorities, and results clearly to internal partners.\nEngage with Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.\nGo-To-Market Support\nPartner with Go-To-Market teams to support product launches, positioning, and customer adoption.\nActively engage with Sales and Customer Experience teams to gather commercial signals and translate them into product decisions, while communicating customer and product insights back to support the feedback loop.\nYou Need to Have:\n3+ years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst, or User Researcher, or 3+ years as a subject matter expert and user of similar products.\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience building and shipping digital products, or appropriate subject matter expertise relevant to the product.\nDemonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.\nExperience contributing to product vision, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.\nExperience with testing, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.\nExperience communicating product ideas, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to solve problems with multiple constraints and competing priorities.\nStrong communication skills and emotional intelligence.\nProven ability to engage with Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.\nWillingness to travel as needed.\nCompensation Range:\n$110,000.00-$135,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
