You are responsible for developing and managing a high performing poly skilled team of software engineers to develop software using DEVSECOPS and Agile/ Lean principles. You will work with peers and team members to create and maintain great products that support the business vision, while looking for ways to further optimize the engineering and product development process.What you will do: Provide management, coaching and mentorship to those who report to this role to maximize team health, effectiveness, and career growth.
