You will manage the overall scheduling, project scope, resourcing, and risks of campaigns from inception to creation. You are responsible for ensuring all campaign deliverables are clearly communicated, expectations are managed, and all assets are delivered on time.What you will do:\nPrioritize, validate, and traffic incoming work based on marketing plans and demand generation goals\nAllocate resources by organizing requests in our Adobe Workfront project management tool, assigning task owners, and managing workflows from beginning to end.\nControl resource management by establishing the workflow requirements, estimate activity level of effort, and develop and maintain a timeline to ensure deadlines are met \nFacilitate campaign kick-offs, event pitches, and other relevant meetings to maintain cross-functional alignment \nIdentify synergies to increase cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, & Sales Enablement partners\nMonitor progress of projects and move them along to meet delivery deadlines \nManage internal expectations, issues, and project risk by maintaining ongoing status updates with cross-functional partners\nUphold brand guidelines, creative and marketing strategy processes \nIdentify synergies to increase efficient usage of Workfront for Production and other teams\nYou’ll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience. \n5 years related work experience. \n3 years marketing project management experience.\nProven track record in executing marketing plans, integrated campaigns, sales support and marketing analytics. \nNice to have:\nMaster's degree in marketing or related field.\nPMP or related project management certification.\nExperience with B2B marketing and lead generation.\nExperience with Adobe Workfront and Jira.\nCompensation Range:\n$90,000.00-$109,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
