You will work with peers and team members to create and maintain great products that support the business vision, while looking for ways to further optimize the engineering and product development process.What you will do:\nProvide management, coaching and mentorship to those who report to this role to maximize team health,product delivery, effectiveness, and career growth.\n\nDirectly architect, design and deliver high-quality code and ensure high standardsof technical development are adhered by your team including observability, stability, scalability, security, performance, and cost effectiveness.\n\nShape broad architecture; ships multiple large services, complex libraries, or major pieces of infrastructure.\n\nWorkwith product teamto estimate level of effort for projects and evaluate tradeoffs to ensure maximumimpact with team resources.\n\nGuide the team onmodern software development best practicesandtechnical directionwhile providing hands-on development and problem-solving assistance.\n\nSuccessfully manage projects and collaboratewith partners and stakeholders to deliver value to the business.\n\nHelp foster an inclusive environment where our culture is a strength in delivering results for our customers,our team,and our business.\n\nLead special projects and performother duties as assigned.\n\nYou'll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.\n\n5-7 years of software development experience and/or commensurateskills building commercial applications with modern software engineering practices.\n\nExperience completing tasks quickly and efficiently at a production level.\n\nExperience running and taking ownership ofa large project deliverablesboth collaboratively and independently.\n\nExperience reducing the complexity of projects, services, and processes to get more done with less work.\n\nA track recordofbeinga strong influencer and thought leader inthefull software development life cycleofdistributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOpspractices.\n\nExpertisewith cloud technologies: E.g.,AWS, Serverless, Event Driven Architecture, SOA, MicroServices, Microfrontend, CI/CD, Infrastructure-As-Code, and other modern technologies.\n\nTeam and/or project leadership experienceand strong interpersonal skills.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$155,000.00-$200,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
