We are also advancing a spec-driven, AI-assisted software development model, where technical specifications, interfaces, design decisions, and acceptance criteria provide structured inputs for implementation and system verification. \nKey Responsibilities\n Design, build, test, and operate high-quality software across different parts of the technology stack. \n Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to shared engineering practices and standards. \n Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers and partner teams. \n Mentor less-experienced engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team. \n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) \n 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems. \n Practical experience using modern AI coding assistants or agentic development tools as part of software engineering workflows. \n Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, performance, security, and alignment with requirements. \n Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data structures and algorithms. \n Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern software delivery practices. \n Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n\nSalary Range = 160,000 - 240,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus\nThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
