We leverage distributed technologies (Kafka, Spark, Flink, Cassandra, Airflow, etc.) to deliver resilient, low-latency access to trillions of records, while continuously optimizing for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.\nWe’ll trust you to:\nBuild high-performance, distributed data pipelines and services\n\nLead technical direction and ensure alignment with business needs\n\nCollaborate across teams using modern open-source tech (Kafka, FastAPI, Airflow, Spark, etc.)\n\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive team culture\n\nYou will need to have:\nBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n4+ years of professional experience in an object-oriented programming language\n\nDeep background in distributed, high-volume, high-availability systems\n\nFluency in AI development tools\n\nWe would love to see:\nExperience with big data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Flink, Cassandra, Redis, Airflow)\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and S3-compatible storage\n\nSaaS/PaaS development experience\n\nContainer technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nSalary Range = 160,000 - 240,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus\nThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
