Your ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and strong analytical and communication skills will help you be successful in this role!\nWhat’s the role?\nWe are seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our Workplace Operations Finance team. The CFO team provides critical financial advisory to the Workplace Operations, Real Estate and Supply Chain teams in support of the business. We are seeking a strong candidate with advanced financial modeling, proven business partner experience and the ability to deliver clear, executive-ready analysis / recommendations to senior leadership\nWe are evolving our Finance function and leveraging finance transformation and analytic tools to advance our output to our business partners. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to drive change while delivering a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, reporting and senior management support for a fast-paced and pioneering technology based financial services business. T\nThe ideal candidate thrives on driving process improvement and actively leading change inside a dynamic environment.\nWe’ll trust you to:\nSupport development and prioritization of key finance transformation activities in order to and track performance of business plans and strategic initiatives\nDevelop and maintenance of KPIs and business metrics\nDraft quarterly financial updates, annual operating plans and other business planning presentations\nManage FP&A requirements in adherence to corporate requirements and processes\nOversee resource management, resource allocations, and resource related reporting and analysis\nSupport the development of members of the finance team\nYou’ll need to have:\n6+ years of experience in financial analysis\nA BA/BS in Finance or related field\nAdvanced financial modeling and data visualization skills\nAdvanced excel, visual Basic for applications (VBA) including macros as well desktop and process automation skills\nDemonstrated experience driving finance transformation within mature corporate environments\nAbility to assess current FP&A maturity model, understand drivers, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate risks\nAbility to identify problems, understand the root cause, make recommendations and drive to a solution\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes of issues and projects\nExperience carrying out complex work with autonomy and make decisions within scope of responsibilities\nTeam player who can work across multiple departments and levels within the company\nWe’d love to see:\nDegree in a quantitative subject: Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics\nExperience in financial services or a financial data provider industry a strong plus\nFlexibility to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment\nFamiliarity with the Bloomberg terminal is useful but not required.\nExperience with Enterprise software applications (i.e. SAP) and data visualization applications (i.e. Tableau or Qlik)\nSalary Range = 110,000 - 150,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus\nThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
