We are particularly interested in candidates with some sourcing or recruitment-coordination experience, but we will also consider strong graduates and career changers who show curiosity, persistence, and great communication skills.\nThe position is fully remote and works alongside senior recruiters, with hands-on training in sourcing, screening, candidate outreach, and AI-assisted recruitment tools.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and the internal database.\nWrite and post job advertisements in line with client requirements and company standards.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit, availability, and compensation expectations.\nReach out to passive candidates with personalized messages and follow-ups.\nCoordinate interview schedules between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, notes, and pipeline status in the ATS and recruiting trackers.\nPrepare candidate profiles and shortlists for review by senior recruiters.\nKeep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.\nSupport offer, reference-check, and onboarding paperwork as needed.\nTrack daily and weekly activity metrics such as outreach, screens, and submittals.\nFollow company processes, data-privacy requirements, and equal-opportunity hiring practices.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or a related people-facing role.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nRecent graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nComfortable making calls and reaching out to people you don't know.\nStrong organization, time management, and attention to detail.\nBasic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.\nAbility to learn new tools quickly, including ATS platforms and AI-assisted recruitment tools.\nProfessional discretion with candidate and client information.\nReliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace; flexibility to work across client time zones.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nSourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.\nUsing an applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruiting CRM.\nAgency or staffing-firm recruitment.\nRecruiting for US or international clients across time zones.\nHigh-volume, technical, or skilled-trades hiring.\nUsing AI tools to support sourcing, outreach, or job-description writing.\nWHY JOIN US?\nJoin a growing recruitment team that is investing in its people.\nWork fully remote while learning full-cycle recruitment from experienced recruiters with international client backgrounds.\nBuild hands-on skills with modern sourcing and AI-assisted recruitment tools.\nGrow through daily micro-learning sessions and on-the-job coaching.\nReceive competitive compensation with a clear path to Senior Recruiter roles.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
