Our Product team works in 7 squads, in fortnightly sprints towards quarterly OKRs.\nThe Role\nAs Product Manager for Discovery & Gift Building, you’ll own how customers discover, browse and build their perfect gift on the Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte websites. You’ll grow awareness, consideration and conversion of our newer ranges while keeping our core journeys outstanding.\nKey Responsibilities\nRoadmap: Own the Discovery & Gift-Building roadmap and a longer-term vision tied to our CVR and AOV goals, shaped by data, customer research and competitor insight.\n\nExperimentation: Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests and keep tracking KPIs long after go-live.\n\nSquad Partnership: Work with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer, from first concept to launch, taking a phased, value-driven approach to delivery .\n\nStakeholders: Proactively build relationships with stakeholders and leadership across the business to identify, prioritise and solve the most impactful customer and business problems, reporting on progress and deliverables.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProduct Ownership: Experience owning a complex product area in ecommerce or another consumer-facing digital setting.\n\nData-Led Decisions: You’ve design and run A/B tests and turn data into confident decisions, balancing commerciality, customer experience and risk.\n\nAI Curiosity: Hands-on experience using AI to save time and boost impact, and keen to try the next tool.
