As more implementations are delivered in partnership with systems integrators and agencies, we are scaling our Professional Services team and the Senior Technical Consultant, Partners is central to that growth.\nIn this role, you are the technical expert our partners rely on. You'll enable partner teams on Bloomreach delivery methodology, consult with them on live implementations, and stay engaged after go-live to help them resolve technical challenges and build lasting capability. You'll run enablement workshops, advise on project milestones, surface risks early, and keep internal stakeholders informed on how partner-delivered work is progressing.\nThis is a hands-on, consultative role for someone who enjoys teaching as much as building - equally comfortable in a technical working session with a partner's engineering team and in a status conversation with delivery leadership. Success looks like partners who can deliver Bloomreach implementations confidently and independently, and customers who realize value from their investment no matter who is delivering the work.\nWhat you'll do:\nEnable partners on delivery\nEnable partner teams on Bloomreach delivery processes, tools, and methodologies\nDesign and deliver technical enablement workshops, from planning through facilitation\nPartner with our education and academy teams to build structured learning paths for partner practitioners\nDevelop the materials, guides, and reference assets partners use throughout delivery\nConsult on partner-led implementations\nProvide technical consulting to partners on active implementations, and business consulting where it accelerates the outcome\nMeet with partners throughout delivery to review progress, unblock issues, and maintain momentum\nAdvise on project milestones, identify delivery risk early, and escalate when intervention is needed\nDrive successful project outcomes for both Bloomreach customers and our partners\nSupport partners beyond go-live\nServe as a technical resource for partners in the post-implementation phase, helping them resolve issues and sustain healthy deployments\nDesign and improve the processes that support partners through delivery and into ongoing operation\nBe the technical expert\nDevelop deep expertise across Bloomreach delivery methodology, tooling, and solution architecture\nBring expert perspective on new product capabilities and releases to partner conversations\nEngage our product teams where partner needs warrant it, and represent those needs internally\nImprove how we work\nReport on delivery progress and partner engagement to internal teams and leadership\nGather partner feedback and continuously improve our enablement and delivery processes\n\nWhat you'll bring:\n5+ years of experience in service delivery, with strong leadership, organization, communication, and consulting skills\nBeing detail ­oriented, with strong technical problem ­solving and debugging skills\nBS in Information Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent degree\nExperience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers (API, SFTP) is required\nFrontend coding experience (Javascript - jQuery, HTML, CSS) ideally for a web-based SaaS platform, is required. Backend coding experience (node.js, Python, SQL, BigQuery) is an asset\nExperience with Tag managers such Google Tag Manager and Tealium is seen as a benefit\nExperience with either an omnichannel marketing automation and/or CDP platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, Klaviyo) or a search platform such as Endeca, Solr, Elasticsearch is strongly desired\nFamiliarity with commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is desired but not essential\nExperience with building out marketing automation use cases and supporting email warmups is desired but not essential\nExcited?
