This role is critical in ensuring compliance with both direct and indirect tax regulations, supporting the business in structuring deals, and mitigating tax risks while enabling growth. You can chose to work from home or use one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) on a full-time basis.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Tax (WHT) across EMEA.\nAct as a trusted business partner to the Sales team, ensuring compliant and efficient deal structures in Europe and the Rest of the World.\nIdentify potential areas of non-compliance and implement measures to mitigate tax risk exposure.\nManage transfer pricing policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.\nEnsure intercompany pricing aligns with the tax model, updating markups and methodologies as needed.\nRepresent the company in tax audits and discussions with tax authorities.\nServe as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters within the organization.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
