This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, strengthening internal controls, and supporting management with insightful financial analysis and forecasting.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Senior Accountant, you will:\nOversee and perform full-spectrum bookkeeping and general accounting functions.\nPrepare accurate, timely, and error-free accounting reports and present findings to management.\nVerify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.\nMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.\nAnalyze financial data and summarize financial position, performance, and variances.\nIdentify discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and enhance cost efficiency.\nSupport financial forecasting, budgeting, and participation in financial standards setting.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to reporting timelines.\nAssist with tax audits, tax computations, and statutory submissions.\nCoordinate and support internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.\nManage month-end and year-end closing processes.\nDevelop, document, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance;
