You'll work closely with our Sales team to prospect and nurture relationships, and drive sales opportunities. You will have a proactive approach and work to accelerate the sales process, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up with 200+ employees, combining startup agility with the ambition and infrastructure of a scaling company.\nWhat you'll do\nTake ownership of strategic outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.\n\nCraft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.\n\nProspect large accounts, build long-term relationships, and engage with multiple levels within client organizations.\n\nGenerate qualified pipeline mostly through Outbound\n\nStay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analysing procurement processes, and tracking industry trends.\n\nPrioritise complex tasks with clients, flagging bottlenecks early rather than late to keep things moving forward.\n\nWe're excited about you because\nYou have proven experience in a sales environment and a track record of building strong client relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets.\n\nYou communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, with the ability to adapt your style to a CFO, CPO, CEO or CIO conversation.\n\nYou handle rejection with resilience and keep your momentum through long sales cycles.\n\nYou are open to change and can adapt well to changes as we grow and professionalize the sales organization\n\nYou're a team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.\n\nYou enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions.\n\nBonus Points: You have experience selling into Manufacturing, Industrial or Finance/procurement buyers, are familiar with ERP systems or sales tech such as Hubspot and Claude.\n\nWhat you'll get\nTraining and development.
