\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild HR processes end-to-end (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, approvals, reporting)\n\nOwn our HR system: implement new features and modules, automate, keep data quality high, and be the go-to expert for the team\n\nLead People projects from concept to rollout\n\nShape the culture and run office operations in our Munich office\n\nHandle day-to-day HR administration\n\nBuild People dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions\n\nRequirements\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field\n\nSome practical experience from internships or working student roles, ideally in HR, People Operations, consulting, or operations\n\nStrong analytical and structured thinking, with a mindset for building processes\n\nTech affinity: you enjoy working with tools and ideally have first experience with HR systems\n\nStrong communication skills and a high level of discretion with sensitive topics\n\nOwnership mindset: You see a manual process and fix it without waiting to be asked\n\nFluent in English and German\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with an HRIS (e.g., Rippling, Personio)\n\nProject management experience\n\nA focus on
