You think beyond implementation and care deeply about business outcomes and user value.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.\n\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nProven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills: you can translate business needs into technical action.\n\nFluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.\n\nExperience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus.\n\nHands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.\n\nWhat you'll get\nHigh ownership environment.
