Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), you will work from your home location, with regular visits to customers across the DACH region.\nTeam collaboration matters a lot to us. You will regularly spend time with the team in person, in Zurich and at our hubs, for team days, all-hands and offsites. These visits are financially supported by blp.\nYour Mission\nYou get customers live. Hands on, end to end, and fast.\nAs a Project Manager, most of your implementations are not multi-year global programs. They are for companies that want blp running in their finance or supply chain organization within weeks, and who want somebody who knows what they are doing to take them through it. You are that person. You run the kick-off, work with them on scope and process, configure blp, coordinate the integration, take them through testing, and get them across the line at go-live.\nYou work in three modes, and many of our Project Managers move between them:\nGuided onboarding for our commercial customers: you run configuration days for several customers at once, guide them while they configure, and answer the questions that come up.\n\nLeading yourself on enterprise customers: you own the project end to end, including the sponsor meetings.\n\nAlongside a Senior Project Manager on our largest programs, where you take a country, an entity or a workstream and own it.\n\nYour Career Path in Project Management\nThis is the path most of our delivery leadership came through, and we hire at every step of it. We place you according to your experience and the size of the programs you have delivered, and we are explicit about what the next step requires.\nProject Manager: You get customers live end to end, several in parallel: guided onboarding for commercial customers, leading enterprise projects yourself, or a workstream on our largest programs. Typically you bring 2+ years in consulting, implementation or project management.\n\nSenior Project Manager: You make large, global transformations happen: multiple ERPs, entities and countries, the steering committee, and a blp team on each engagement. Typically you bring 5+ years delivering complex, multi-country programs.\n\nNext steps: Lead a delivery team, or move into Consulting and from there towards our Client Partner role on strategic accounts.\n\nMoves into Consulting or Customer Success Engineering are open at every level, and many of our people make them.\nKey Responsibilities\nRun implementations end to end: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live.\n\nManage several customers in parallel at different stages, and keep every one of them on date.\n\nWork with customers on their processes, and flag early where a process assumption will not hold.\n\nCoordinate the specialists on your projects: Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists.\n\nOwn scope actively. Recognize a change request for what it is and handle it deliberately.\n\nKeep the project inside its budget, and raise it early when the effort is drifting.\n\nHand over cleanly at go-live to our Consultants and support organization.\n\nIn addition, as a Senior Project Manager\nOwn the delivery outcome of global programs from kick-off to the last go-live: plan, scope, dependencies and date.\n\nDrive the first go-live relentlessly, then run wave planning across ERPs, entities and countries.\n\nRun the steering committee and own the decisions that come out of it.\n\nWrite and execute the recovery plan when a program is off track.\n\nLead the blp team on each engagement and coach the Project Managers working on your programs.\n\nWhat We're Really Looking For\nThe following key attributes ensure success in this role:\nScope Discipline - You notice when a project is quietly growing, and you raise it rather than absorbing it.\n\nOwnership & Autonomy - You take initiative, move things forward, and deliver end to end without being chased.\n\nEscalation Judgment - You escalate early, to the right person, with a proposal rather than a problem.\n\nClient Confidence - You are comfortable running a meeting with a customer's finance or IT lead in it.\n\nFour-Language Fluency - Technology, process, data and people. You speak each well enough to spot where a roadblock really sits.\n\nStructured Under Pressure - When a project goes sideways you get sharper and more organized, not louder.\n\nWhat You Bring\nFor the Project Manager level\nMaster's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.\n\nThe ability to run several projects at once without losing control of any of them.\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills.
