As an Integration Specialist, you onboard our customers on our integrations and ensure connectivity between BLP and their ERP system. You assess and challenge change requests and specify them for our Integration Engineers. Your work directly drives customer go-lives and revenue. Integration Engineers build, Project Managers lead the project, you make the integration work.\nWhat you'll do\nOnboard customers on our ERP integrations: analyze their IT landscape, engage the right stakeholders, advise on best practices, install and configure our ERP integrations.\n\nAssess and challenge change requests and turn them into a clear, implementable specification for our Integration Engineers.\n\nAdvise customers during self-onboarding.\n\nCollaborate with the Integration Engineers to continuously improve our integrations and streamline the onboarding experience.\n\nFlag major development needs and blockers early, and make clear recommendations.\n\nSupport Project Managers on technical feasibility, effort and sequencing, through first go-live.\n\nWhat you bring\n2+ years in technical consulting, enterprise integration or technical product work.\n\nExperience working in a customer-facing role.\n\nA solid grasp of ERP landscapes, interfaces and master data, and how data actually moves between them.\n\nDeep understanding of at least one ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Abas), both from a functional and integration perspective.\n\nFamiliarity with common integration formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and transports (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP).\n\nFluent German and English, spoken and written.\n\nNice to have\nUnderstanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including the related finance and accounting workflows.\n\nExperience writing specifications that engineers can build from without a translation layer.\n\nComfortable
