This is a 100% on-site role in a fast-paced, safety-conscious manufacturing environment.\nThe Process Engineer will develop, test, implement, and document manufacturing processes for new and existing products. The role will create master plans for engineering trials, conduct trials, analyze findings, and present results. You will troubleshoot production issues involving quality and yield, investigate root causes, recommend countermeasures, and adjust processes to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, material usage, and labor costs.\nAdditional responsibilities include analyzing production data for trends and improvement opportunities, writing and modifying work procedures, supporting continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, preparing technical reports and presentations, and creating training materials for production employees and supervisors.
