This role provides delivery leadership across multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud engagements, ensuring alignment between strategy, architecture, and execution.\n\nYou will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage program governance, and drive visibility across all solution tracks to ensure that complex Adobe programs run cohesively and predictably.\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in multi-solution, enterprise-scale environments and understands both the technical depth and delivery rigor required for Adobe Experience Cloud programs.\n\nLocation: Remote – United States / Canada\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Delivery Management\nLead end-to-end delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud programs (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Assets, Workfront, Marketo).\n\nEstablish and manage governance frameworks including RAID logs, status reporting, program communications, KPIs, and delivery milestones.\n\nAlign technical dependencies, sprint planning, and program sequencing with Adobe and client stakeholders.\n\nCross-Functional Facilitation\nPartner closely with Adobe architects, Blue Acorn iCi technical teams, and client teams to ensure seamless collaboration.\n\nCoordinate solution tracks to guarantee cohesion, visibility, and accountability across engineering, data, UX, and strategy teams.\n\nFacilitate working sessions, architectural discussions, and integration planning.\n\nTechnical & Platform Alignment\nUnderstand platform-to-platform interactions and help teams navigate technical constraints, data flows, and environment dependencies.\n\nGuide coordination across dev/QA/stage/prod environments and CI/CD-driven deployment workflows.\n\nSupport programs involving multi-platform integrations, migrations, or modernization of Adobe stacks.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nAdobe Experience Cloud Expertise\nBroad fluency across key Adobe platforms, including:\nAEP (Adobe Experience Platform)\n\nRTCDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform)\n\nAJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)\n\nCJA (Customer Journey Analytics)\n\nAdobe Commerce\n\nAEM Assets\n\nWorkfront\n\nMarketo Engage\n\nTechnical Understanding\nKnowledge of data lifecycle, source systems, identity models, ingestion processes, segmentation logic, and activation workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of multi-environment architecture and deployment processes supporting Adobe Experience Cloud programs.\n\nProgram Delivery Experience\nDemonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-solution enterprise programs.\n\nExperience with agile, scaled agile, or CI/CD-enabled delivery models.\n\nProven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and cross-team integration efforts.\n\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $180,000 annually.
