Job description: This role provides technical leadership, including the design, development, and delivery of business technology-enabled applications, products, and services. The Lead Engineer is responsible for meeting project schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements. This role drives proficiency within teams, provides resolution to technical issues, assures best practices are followed, and assists management in meeting strategic initiatives while contributing to smooth business operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates technical tasks and ensures teams are working efficiently; oversees the development/support of specific IT areas and systems, and timely delivery of projects.
