We stand for honesty, fairness, respect, efficiency, hard work, and cooperation.\nWhat are we looking for?\nIn this opportunity, we are looking for a Sales Representative to work with one of our US clients, who provides end-to-end customer acquisition and recruitment services, combining proprietary data, technology, and high-velocity sales and recruiting to deliver new customers and workers. Their services include funnel conversion through skilled sales, recruiting, analytics teams, and full-service customer and worker acquisition, integrating top-of-funnel marketing strategies. The Inside Sales Team focuses on fundamental sales and recruiting principles to guide candidates through a lengthy hiring process, playing a key role in staffing educational institutions across multiple states. Their clients include some of the fastest-growing tech companies.\nIf you are fully fluent in English, self-directed, communicate well with non-technical teams, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this role might be a great fit for you!\nAbout this role:\nThis high-volume role involves providing inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects generated by the growth marketing team, with no cold calling. You'll be expected to meet daily and monthly sales activity goals, consistently close sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services, and collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and drive conversions.
